McDonald's franchisee-owned restaurant is seeking a General Manager to lead daily operations, drive profitability, and uphold our Quality, Service, and Cleanliness standards.

You will manage a team of Assistant Managers, set goals, monitor progress, and provide coaching to improve performance. Prior experience as GM in high-volume environments is preferred, with background in quick service, hospitality, or retail. Minimum age 18.

Qualifications

• Ideal candidates should have previous General Manager experience running high volume locations.
• Background in quick service restaurants, hospitality or retail is strongly desired.
