Zusammenfassung

Rhodes Wolfe is seeking three Food Production Shift Supervisors for first, second, and third shifts in the Greater Cleveland area to lead 15-25 union production employees in a fast-paced, high-volume snack food environment.

Reporting to the Plant Manager, you will oversee daily production, ensure safety and quality, and drive on-floor problem solving and continuous improvement, with opportunities to advance from the floor.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years experience as supervisor/team lead in high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• GMP familiarity and food safety awareness.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.

Aufgaben

• Lead 15-25 union production employees and coach toward accountability.
• Plan staffing and production activities to meet demands and schedules.
• Ensure materials and resources are available on the lines.
• Verify production records and maintain data in systems.
• Collaborate with Quality to meet quality standards.
• Support safety, GMP, and food safety requirements.
• Communicate updates to plant leadership and teams.
• Provide schedule flexibility for operational needs.
