FOH Mgr Responsibilities:

• Responsible for leading A+ shifts.
• Facilitate an unparalleled guest experience through personal interaction, effective delegation, and follow-through.
• Uphold the brand standards and role model in all instances.

FOH Mgr Qualifications:

• At ease with high guest traffic counts - previous experience working in an establishment that did $5 million-plus in annualized sales.
• Possesses exceptional beverage knowledge to identify sales opportunities and coach and develop the team around you.
• Fluent in providing guidance and oversight to 50+ immediate direct reports.

FOH Mgr Benefits:

• Base salary of $70 to $80K plus substantial bonus.
