Cook Out is seeking an Hourly Restaurant Manager to lead a fast-paced, high-volume location and deliver an outstanding guest experience. You’ll work hands-on with your team to model service excellence and drive daily operations.

You’ll coach and train staff, manage scheduling, monitor food safety and costs, and ensure fast, friendly service across to-go, dine-in, and drive-thru. This role rewards excellence with advancement opportunities and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of management experience in a restaurant (experience is a major plus).
• Ability to lead a large team and interact effectively with customers.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and able to multitask under pressure.
