Job summary

Nbutexas is seeking an Executive Chef / Kitchen Manager to lead a fast-paced, high-volume casual dining restaurant in Michigan. You will oversee daily kitchen operations, lead a hands-on team, and manage all BOH cost areas, including inventory, purchasing, scheduling, and labor costs.

Competitive starting salary of $65,000 to $75,000, health insurance package, paid vacation/PTO, and strong advancement opportunities within a growth-oriented company.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years of Kitchen Management experience.
• The ability to thrive in a high volume ($3 million) kitchen environment.
• Ability to manage all BOH cost areas / inventory / ordering/ scheduling / labor cost.
