Job summary

North Fork Mono Casino is seeking a TDR Cook to prepare high-quality dishes in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen. You will work with the Sous Chef, follow recipes, maintain cleanliness, and ensure food safety standards while delivering meals on a timely basis.

You will participate in inventory, potential menu planning, and equipment maintenance, with shift flexibility including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; culinary training preferred.
• Two years in a high-volume kitchen; experience in production settings preferred.
• Food Handler certification required; gaming license eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and cook using broilers, grills, fryers, and ovens.
• Maintain clean, sanitized stations and uphold food safety standards.
• Cook orders from the system and ensure timely delivery of meals.
• Assist with inventory, ordering, and basic kitchen upkeep.
• Support menu planning and collaboration with Sous Chef and Chef.
