Job summary

Three Rivers Casino Resort is seeking a Team Member Dining Room (TDR) Cook to prepare and plate Team Member meals with attention to quality and presentation. You will follow the Executive Chef's recipes, manage multiple food tickets, and keep the kitchen clean and organized for safe service.

Responsibilities include supporting the TDR line and salad bar, ensuring proper food handling, and assisting with inventory and ordering as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be able to multitask between cooking and serving duties.
• Able to communicate clearly in English, both written and verbal.
• Knowledge of sanitation and safety practices.
• Food handling and preparation according to recipes and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and plate Team Member meals in line with recipes.
• Handle multiple food tickets, including special orders, accurately.
• Maintain FIFO rotation for freshness and food safety.
• Assist in inventory and ordering for the TDR as needed.
• Follow sanitation, hygiene and departmental policies at all times.
