Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls from customers.
• Assist commercial and residential customers in resolving issues.
• Provide service quotes for new customers.
• Establish customer accounts with pricing, billing, and service details.
• Support customer retention by offering alternatives to cancellation.
• Meet call center metrics for productivity, quality, and timeliness.
• Cross-train with Operations, Sales, and Billing.
• Use Tower system to gather information and update records.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
