Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• TABC certified to serve alcohol.
• Knowledgeable about the menu and able to input guest orders along with drinks.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the bar following checklists.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks per recipes.
• Maintain liquor bottles, glasses, and bar setup.
• Verify age for alcohol purchases.
• Accept payments and balance cash receipts.
• Keep bar areas clean and safe.
• Collaborate with front- and back-of-house teams to ensure smooth service.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
