The Sicilian Butcher is seeking an Assistant Manager in Nashville who will lead daily operations, mentor a high-performing team, and ensure exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced environment. You will support the General Manager in driving performance, maintaining standards, and sustaining a welcoming culture.

Ideal candidates will have 2+ years of high-volume restaurant management, strong organizational skills, and a collaborative leadership style.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of high-volume full-service restaurant management experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Basic experience with Microsoft Suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of brand daily and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Oversee front of house and back of house operations and staff performance.
• Maintain cleanliness and order of the restaurant.
• Drive same-store sales growth and manage line speed and efficiency.
• Prepare weekly reports and manage scheduling and inventory.
