RemX | The Workforce Experts is seeking a Contract Recruiter to support manufacturing and technical hiring in Delaware, OH. This onsite role targets high-volume recruiting and fast-paced staffing initiatives across multiple requisitions.

You will manage full-cycle recruiting, source and screen candidates, and partner with hiring managers to align staffing needs with aggressive hiring goals. This contract position offers standard business hours and onsite collaboration.

Contract Recruiter - Manufacturing & Technical Recruiting

Location: Delaware, OH (Fully Onsite)

Pay Rate: $35/hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday, Standard Business Hours - (7:00 AM - 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)

What You'll Be Doing

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for high-volume manufacturing and technical positions
• Source, screen, interview, and qualify candidates for open roles
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities
• Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for ongoing and future hiring demands
• Coordinate interviews and facilitate a positive candidate experience
• Track recruiting activity and ensure timely movement of candidates through the hiring process
• Support multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

What We're Looking For

• Manufacturing recruiting experience required
• Technical recruiting experience preferred
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work with a sense of urgency
• Experience working in a fast-changing environment with aggressive hiring goals
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
