The Twelve Thirty Club in Nashville is seeking an outgoing Cocktail Server to deliver exceptional hospitality in a high‑volume setting, taking beverage orders, upselling menus, and ensuring guests have a memorable experience.

Requirements include a minimum of two years’ recent cocktail or floor service in a busy restaurant or nightclub, the ability to stand long hours, lift up to 25 pounds, proficient English, and weekend availability.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years’ recent cocktail or floor service in a high-volume restaurant, club or lounge.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Capable of handling money and operating a POS system.

Responsibilities

• Serves all alcoholic beverages in accordance with state regulations and training standards.
• Follows all company procedures when providing bottle service.
• Anticipates guest needs and provides exceptional hospitality.
• Presents menus, answers questions, and makes suggestions for beverages and food.
• Accurately enters all orders into the POS system.
• Ensures the delivery of all food and beverages to guests and maintains station cleanliness.
