Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old and able to obtain KRGC Gaming License.
• Minimum of one year experience in a high-volume bar/restaurant.
• Knowledge of current ABC laws.
• Competent in using computer programs.
• High school diploma or equivalent, required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional appearance as outlined in the Gilley’s Team Member Handbook.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Mix and serve beverages to all guests, Gilley Girls, and cocktail servers who have placed orders.
• Ensure the cleanliness and stock of the bar including clean glasses, garnishes, and proper utensils.
• Get proper identification for patrons appearing under 30 years old.
• Take and deliver food orders to guests sitting at the bar.
• Record and balance cash receipts and prepare cash transfers to the cage.
• Build guest relations and make guests feel welcome and invited back.
• Handle routine guest complaints and escalate to management when needed.
• Crosstrain in other F&B areas.
