Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and able to obtain KRGC Level III Gaming License.
• One year of direct customer contact experience preferred.
• Money handling experience preferred.
• Professional appearance as outlined in handbook.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Deal with high-volume customer interactions while remaining outgoing and cheerful.
• Build guest relations and make guests feel welcome and valued.
• Observe activity and assist guests across the gaming floor.
• Resolve guest disputes quickly and escalate to management as needed.
• Maintain a clean facility by disposing of cups, glasses, and bottles left by guests.
• Maintain monetary and paperwork accuracy within department standards.
• Crosstrain in other departments and perform other duties as assigned.
