Job summary

Gilley’s in Park City, KS is seeking a Barback to maintain liquor supplies, keep bar areas clean, and assist with bar operations during shifts. You will stock glasses, ice, and napkins, and handle transfers and deliveries while maintaining PARs and delivering friendly guest service.

The role requires working in a fast-paced environment, lifting items up to 80 pounds, and readiness to obtain a gaming license as needed. Availability for nights and weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age and able to obtain KRGC Gaming License.
• One year of direct customer contact experience, preferred.
• High-volume restaurant experience preferred.
• Must be physically strong and able to lift items over 80 pounds.
• Professional appearance and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper setup, stocking, and delivery of liquor supplies, glassware and ice.
• Maintain cleanliness of bar areas, coolers and equipment.
• Perform deep cleaning of bars.
• Complete required paperwork including bar transfers and dry stock deliveries.
• Maintain PARS of liquors, beers, and supplies, order as needed.
• Build guest relations by talking with customers and making them feel welcome.
• Observe activity and report anything out of the ordinary.
• Capable of handling routine customer complaints and incidents with discretion.
• Crosstrain in other F&B jobs.
• Other duties as assigned.
