Job summary

Gilley’s in Park City, KS is seeking a friendly, fast-paced server/host who can deliver consistent guest service while handling food and drink orders, payments, and basic bartending tasks when needed. You will work in a busy outlet, maintain sanitation, and assist in other F&B roles as required.

Candidates should be 18+, able to obtain KRGC Gaming License, and comfortable with high-volume service. Flexibility with shifts, good communication, and a professional appearance are essential to keep

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and able to obtain KRGC Gaming License.
• Knowledge of kitchen sanitation, operations, and maintenance of kitchen equipment
• Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques
• One year of direct customer contact experience, preferred
• Professional appearance and strong verbal/written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Provide fast and clean servicing of all menu items and ensure orders are uniform and consistent
• Control food production, proper cooking methods, times, temperatures; ensure sanitation and storage of food
• Greet guests and handle payments at a POS; provide accurate change when needed
• Deliver food items to guests and assist in high-volume peak periods
• Prepare items from standardized recipes and cross-train in other F&B areas as needed
• Maintain a guest-friendly environment; resolve routine guest complaints
• Maintain monetary and paperwork accuracy within department standards
• Adhere to policies and escalate disputes to management when necessary
