Job summary

Tao Group Hospitality is seeking part-time bartenders to join our team in a fast-paced, high-volume venue. You will prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic beverages, engage with guests, and ensure a polished, welcoming bar experience.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of professional beverage experience and prior bartender roles. Training will be provided in-venue to ensure consistency with Tao standards.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of professional beverage experience.
• Previous bartender experience.
• Experience in high-volume restaurant/nightclub/lounge.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all alcoholic beverages for guests and venue servers.
• Take orders, conduct full beverage service, and monitor guests’ bar experience.
• Enter all orders into the POS system and follow proper cash/payment procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness of bar area and bar stations, and stock supplies.
• Follow health/sanitation standards and learn Tao Group Hospitality procedures.
