Job summary

Red Cliffs Lodge Moab in Moab, UT seeks an energetic bartender to provide friendly, courteous service and high-quality beverage presentation to guests. You will prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, take orders at the bar, describe menu items, restock inventory, and ensure all spirits are stored securely while maintaining bar cleanliness.

Qualifications

High school or equivalent education required.
One to three years high-volume bar experience required.
Must be at least 21 years of age to serve alcohol.
Safe Server Alcohol & Food Handlers certification required.
California RBS Certification is noted in the posting.

Responsibilities

Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for guests and servers for table delivery.
Take beverage and food orders at the bar.
Describe menu items and suggest products to customers.
Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.
Provide opening and closing inventory of spirits.
Assist servers, other bartenders, and barbacks when necessary.
Operate a cash register and handle payments from customers.
Maintain bar area cleanliness and sanitation.
