Treasure Island Resort & Casino in Welch Township, MN is seeking a Beverage Supervisor to lead bartenders, wait staff, and bar backs on a fast-paced casino beverage floor.

The role requires at least 1 year of supervisory experience in high-volume restaurant/beverage settings and strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Swing/grave shift differential is included in the pay rate, and a resume is required.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year supervisory experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant with beverage venues.
• Preferred casino experience and familiarity with a computerized POS system.
• Strong leadership, organizational, written and verbal communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adhere to dress code and hygiene policies.

Mansioni

• Directly supervise bartenders, wait staff and bar backs; communicate daily objectives and perform evaluations.
• Monitor compliance with departmental policies and procedures (alcohol handling, reporting).
• Assist in training beverage staff and developing training materials and job descriptions.
• Resolve team member and guest incidents to maximize performance and satisfaction.
• Schedule staff to meet business needs and monitor payroll.
