You will follow HACCP protocols, manage recipes and production logs, and maintain clean, organized workstations to ensure consistent quality and freshness of baked goods.

Responsibilities include dough preparation, inventory monitoring, and decorating finished products with precision.

Qualifications

• 2+ high volume bakery work experience
• Experience with HACCP guidelines preferred
• Experience with food safety and sanitation practices

Responsibilities

• Maintain sanitation and food safety standards by following HACCP protocols.
• Operate industrial baking equipment and access computer systems to manage recipes, production logs and inventory.
• Knead, shape, and proof dough before baking to ensure quality and consistency.
• Monitor inventory, order supplies, and track ingredient usage to minimize waste.
• Prepare and decorate high-volume baked goods following precise recipes and techniques.
