Job summary

AdventHealth in Apopka, FL, seeks an experienced bakery associate to support high-volume production in a safety-conscious environment. You will follow HACCP protocols, manage recipes and production logs, and maintain clean, organized workstations to ensure consistent quality and freshness of baked goods.

Responsibilities include dough preparation, inventory monitoring, and decorating finished products with precision.

Qualifications

• 2+ high volume bakery work experience
• Experience with HACCP guidelines preferred
• Experience with food safety and sanitation practices

Responsibilities

Operate industrial baking equipment safely and efficiently, and access computer systems to manage recipes, production logs, and inventory records. Knead, shape, and proof dough before baking, ensuring consistency and freshness in all finished products. Monitor inventory levels, order supplies proactively, and track ingredient usage to support uninterrupted production and minimize waste. Prepare and decorate high-volume baked goods by following precise recipes, accurately weighing and measuring ingredients, and applying creative techniques to ensure quality and visual appeal.
