The role offers a flat-rate pay of $34.00-$45.00 per flagged hour, with typical production of 50-60 flagged hours weekly and an earning potential of $70,000-$100,000+ annually. Health insurance after 30 days, 401(k) with 5% match, and PTO after six months are included.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional automotive repair experience.
• Basic diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with brake, suspension, steering and engine work.
• Ability to produce efficiently in a high-volume shop.
• Computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Perform general automotive maintenance and repair work accurately and efficiently.
• Diagnose basic mechanical and drivability concerns.
• Complete brake, suspension, steering, and engine repairs.
• Document repair work and inspection findings using Shop-Ware.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Collaborate with service advisors and other technicians to move work efficiently.
