Job summary
Caples Car Care in Westminster, MD is seeking a B-Level Automotive Technician to diagnose drivability issues and perform maintenance and repairs in a busy 8-bay shop. The role pays $37.50 per flagged hour with a $800/week guarantee for the first 90 days, plus a $3,000 sign-on bonus.
Top technicians earn $110,000-$120,000+ annually. Work schedule is Monday–Friday with approximately 75 vehicles serviced weekly; benefits include medical, dental, vision, and more, with ASE reimbursement and
Qualifications
- 2+ years of professional automotive repair experience.
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to complete repairs independently.
- Experience with Snap-on and Autel scan tools.
- Ability to consistently produce 40+ billable hours per week.
- Team-focused approach to quality repairs.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose drivability and vehicle concerns
- Perform maintenance and general automotive repairs
- Complete engine, transmission, and differential repairs
- Use Snap-on and Autel diagnostic equipment
- Produce 40+ billable hours per week
- Work with the Shop Foreman and technician team
- Complete quality repairs while maintaining productivity
