Dynamic Automotive in Frederick, MD seeks an experienced B-Level Automotive Technician. The role pays $25-$30 per hour plus a production bonus from the first billable hour and a monthly bonus tied to location sales.

The shop offers education, a five-day work week, health benefits, and a 401(k) with company match. The position requires a minimum of three years in automotive repair, ASE certifications, and strong diagnostic skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of automotive repair experience.
• Strong diagnostic and mechanical problem-solving skills.
• Four ASE Certifications or ability to obtain four within one year.
• Maryland State Inspector License is a plus.
• Ability to operate diagnostic equipment, scan tools, and computer systems.
• Personal hand tools and specialty tools required.

Responsabilités

• Inspect, diagnose, repair, and maintain customer vehicles.
• Perform automotive diagnostics and mechanical troubleshooting.
• Complete repairs efficiently with quality workmanship.
• Follow shop safety practices and repair procedures.
