• Strong knowledge of automotive repairs, vehicle systems, and industry trends like EV transitions.
• Driver's license and tech-savvy with CSI scores above 95%.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers for vehicle inspections, service recommendations, and repair estimates.
• Liaison between customers and KIA technicians.
• Manage service workflows and prioritize express lane services.
• Drive customer satisfaction through proactive follow-ups and warranty claims.
