Sheboygan Chrysler Center is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to greet customers, document service needs, and act as the main liaison between customers and technicians. The role emphasizes accuracy in estimates, clear communication, and timely updates on repair status to maximize customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive Service Advisor, Service Writer, or similar dealership/service experience.
• Stellantis/Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep/Ram experience is a major plus, but not required.
• Willing to retrain the right person and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet service customers and provide a professional, welcoming experience.
• Document vehicle service needs and prepare repair orders.
• Communicate recommended maintenance clearly to customers.
• Provide accurate estimates and obtain authorization for repairs.
• Keep customers informed of repair status and costs.
• Coordinate with technicians and parts to move repairs efficiently.
• Help build long-term customer relationships.
