Job summary

Murgado Automotive Group seeks a proven General Manager to run Brickell Honda, a high-volume store in Miami with potential to become a top Honda dealership in the Southeast.

You will have full P&L responsibility across new, pre-owned, F&I, service and parts, backed by a group operating 30+ rooftops across five states. Build a winning team, drive growth, and report weekly on performance.

Qualifications

• Proven GM/GSM with P&L responsibility across new, pre-owned, F&I, service and parts.
• Track record at a high-volume import store; Honda, Toyota or Nissan preferred.
• Strong tenure and measurable performance in units, gross, or profit growth.

Responsibilities

• Drive new and pre-owned volume while protecting front- and back-end gross.
• Build, coach, and hold accountable a management team that executes daily.
• Run disciplined inventory management, including appraisals, pricing, and aging.
• Grow fixed operations and customer retention.
• Deliver on monthly commitments with clear, consistent reporting.
