You will drive profitability, oversee budgets, and develop aggressive strategies to maximize vehicle sales, service revenue, and customer retention while maintaining compliance with group standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience as a General Manager in a high-volume automotive dealership.
• Demonstrated success managing full dealership operations and profitability.
• Strong leadership, communication, and people-development skills.
• Excellent financial acumen with data analysis, budgeting, and profitability focus.

Responsibilities

• Provide dynamic leadership across all departments and foster accountability.
• Champion luxury customer service and memorable client experiences.
• Own dealership financial performance and drive profitability through expenses and revenue strategies.
• Develop and execute strategies to maximize new/used vehicle sales, service revenue, and retention.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop top talent to exceed performance goals.
• Ensure compliance with manufacturer and group standards and processes.
• Monitor market trends and implement innovative sales and marketing initiatives.
