Qualifications

• 3–5 years of proven General Manager experience in a high-volume automotive dealership.
• Proven track record of profitability and team leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in business or automotive management.

Responsibilities

• Provide dynamic leadership across all departments, fostering accountability and collaboration.
• Own the dealership’s financial performance including profitability and cost control.
• Develop and execute growth strategies for vehicle sales and service revenue.
• Recruit, mentor and develop top talent to exceed performance goals.
• Ensure compliance with manufacturer standards and group processes.
• Monitor market trends and implement innovative sales and marketing initiatives.
