Job summary

Ascendo Resources is seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk to support a fast-paced, high-volume accounting environment in Florida. The role focuses on payment application and cash posting, ensuring accurate application of customer payments to accounts and invoices.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of AR or administrative experience, hands-on experience with MS Office, and preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) and SupplyPro.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of AR or administrative experience.
• Experience with high-volume payment processing.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience using Microsoft Office and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Process and apply high-volume customer payments.
• Accurately post payments to customer accounts and invoices.
• Research and resolve payment application discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate AR records and account information.
• Work within Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) for AR processing.
