Job summary

Ascendo Resources is seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk to support a fast-paced, high-volume accounting environment in Florida. The role focuses on payment application and cash posting, ensuring accurate application of customer payments to accounts and invoices.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of AR or administrative experience, hands-on experience with MS Office, and preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) and SupplyPro.

Key Qualifications:

• Previous Accounts Receivable and payment application/cash application experience
• Experience working in a high-volume environment
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) preferred
• SupplyPro experience is highly preferred and a major plus
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of AR or administrative experience required.
• 2+ years of experience using Microsoft Office and Outlook.
