Qualifications

• Valid State Class C driver's license.
• Must have previous substation experience.
• Must be willing to travel around Central US.
• OSHA 10 certification is preferred.
• 4+ years of substation experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform highly skilled journeyman electrical work in operation, construction, maintenance, and repair of high voltage substations.
• Support construction of new substations as well as modifications and upgrades of existing substations.
• Safely operate company equipment and follow safety protocols during substation projects.
• Troubleshoot malfunctions and ensure reliability of substation systems.
• Maintain company vehicles, test equipment and tools in good working condition.
