Job summary

Preferred qualifications include OSHA NCCCO/CIC certifications and related NCCER credentials. The position requires safety leadership and the ability to work with a team on large infrastructure projects across power and grid

Qualifications

• At least 4 years working experience as a Substation Helper or equivalent in industrial construction.
• Strong working knowledge of high voltage electrical and civil industry standards; familiarity with substations and related materials.

Responsibilities

• Plan, lay out, install, test, repair, or maintain high voltage substation wiring and equipment.
• Ensure safety and compliance with plans, specifications, and industry standards.
• Coordinate with crew and other crafts to deliver quality work on time.
