Saber Power Services is seeking a Foreman for our West Texas operations in Midland, TX to lead high‑voltage electrical crews on industrial and utility projects.

The Foreman will supervise electricians, coordinate with project managers and engineers, and ensure work meets NEC, NFPA 70E, and OSHA safety standards. Strong leadership, communication, and hands‑on troubleshooting are essential for on‑site success and on-time delivery, with relocation supported for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational electrical training preferred.
• 5–7 years in high voltage electrical work, with ≥2 years in supervisory roles.
• Journeyman or Master Electrician license (varies by location).
• Strong knowledge of NEC, OSHA, NFPA 70E safety standards.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics.

Responsabilités

• Supervise a crew of electricians and apprentices managing high voltage installations.
• Plan daily tasks, ensure safety and schedule adherence.
• Interpret blueprints and specs for compliant installations.
• Inspect completed work for conformance to NEC and NFPA 70E.
• Coordinate with project managers and inspectors; maintain records.
• Provide training and mentorship on safety protocols.
• Troubleshoot high voltage systems and perform on-site repairs.
