Job summary

WEG Electric Corp. in Duluth, GA seeks an Application Engineer for High Voltage Solutions. You will drive RFQ review, technical and commercial quotations, and coordinate with sales, customers, and manufacturing to win favorable deals.

You will analyze specifications, prepare proposals, follow pricing guidelines, and support order processing while staying informed on industry trends. Bachelor's degree or 2–4 years in engineering required; MS Office proficiency essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field or 2–4 years' industry experience.
Experience assisting customer quotations and technical proposals.
Knowledge of electrical machines and applications.
Strong communication and Microsoft Office skills.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with field sales, customers, and facilities through the quotation process.
Review RFQs, specs, emails, and customer requirements.
Develop understanding of customer applications and market needs.
Lead quotation opportunities from review to submission.
Prepare technical and commercial quotations for WEG products.
Follow pricing guidelines and identify offer strategies.
Support order processing and maintain project records.
Stay informed on industry trends.
