Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, or related field, or 2–4 years of relevant industry experience.
• Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate effectively with field sales teams, customers, and manufacturing facilities throughout the quotation process.
• Review and evaluate RFQs, specifications, emails, and customer requirements.
• Develop an understanding of customer applications, OEM requirements, and market needs.
• Lead quotation opportunities and own the process from initial review through final submission.
• Gather critical project and customer information to determine the best quotation strategy.
• Prepare accurate technical and commercial quotations for WEG products and solutions.
• Follow pricing guidelines while identifying opportunities for alternative pricing strategies.
• Communicate with customers and sales teams to obtain feedback and clarify requirements.
• Review purchase orders and support order processing activities.
• Generate order entry documentation and maintain accurate project records.
• Organize and manage quotation and order documents, electronically and in hard copy.
• Provide technical and commercial support to Project Coordinators and Project Managers as needed.
• Stay informed on industry trends through research, publications, conferences, and site visits.
