Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field, or 2–4 years of relevant industry experience.
• Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience accepted.
• Experience supporting customer quotations and technical proposals is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with field sales, customers, and manufacturing through the quotation process.
• Review RFQs, specifications and customer requirements for accurate quotations.
• Develop understanding of customer applications, OEM requirements, and market needs.
• Lead quotation opportunities from initial review to final submission.
• Prepare technical and commercial quotations for WEG products and solutions.
• Follow pricing guidelines while identifying opportunities for alternative pricing.
• Support order processing activities and maintain project records.
