Qualifications

• 2–4 years of quota-carrying experience in account management, sales, or customer success.
• Owned a high-volume book with GRR/NRR or expansion targets.
• Used data and usage signals to prioritize accounts.
• Built scalable engagement playbooks in a high-velocity environment.

Responsibilities

• Own GRR, NRR, and expansion quota across a large book of Velocity RIA accounts.
• Execute renewal, value realization, and upsell motions proactively.
• Maintain clean pipeline and accurate forecasting in Salesforce.
• Deliver proactive customer engagements and articulate value with AI-enabled workflows.
