Job summary

Okta seeks a high-velocity Partner Program Operations Specialist to take full ownership of onboarding, portal infrastructure, and operational support. This role is the operational backbone for the partner experience—removing friction, maintaining data integrity, and unblocking partners and internal teams in real time.

This is a hands-on role where you will drive end-to-end onboarding, manage agreements via DocuSign/Conga, and ensure efficient portal adoption and compliance in a fast-moving SaaS

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in partner operations, channel operations, or program operations.
• Experience in high-growth SaaS/tech environments.
• Strong data management, accuracy, and compliance mindset.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end partner onboarding from contract to enablement.
• Manage portal workflows and user access for Partner Portal and systems.
• Ensure data hygiene and accurate partner profiles across systems (Salesforce, PRM, DocuSign).
• Unblock partners and internal teams with fast, precise responses across Slack/email.
