Job summary

Salesforce is seeking an experienced Sales Sourcing Recruiter to own the top-of-funnel sourcing strategy for GTM teams in a high-volume environment. You will build pipelines, engage passive candidates, and collaborate with recruiting partners to fill roles efficiently.

The role is a 6-month contract with a hybrid schedule requiring a minimum of three days per week in-office, based at our Atlanta area program.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting or sourcing experience (agency and/or in-house).
• In-Office Availability: work from local office a minimum of 3 days a week.
• Sourcing Depth: advanced direct-sourcing techniques — Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, talent mapping, and competitive intelligence.
• Agility & Resilience: adapt to shifting priorities in a fluid environment.
• Outreach Craft: write compelling, personalized outreach that converts passive candidates.
• Market Knowledge: familiarity with technology/SaaS markets and value proposition to passive candidates.
• Execution: manage a high volume of sourcing workstreams and deliver pipeline on deadline.
• Tools: proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter, Workday ATS, Slack, GoodTime, and Google.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain deep, proactive talent pipelines for GTM roles — map competitors and refresh pools ahead of demand.
• Drive high-volume sourcing efforts for fast-paced Sales and GTM hiring, delivering qualified candidates to recruiting partners.
• Engage passive talent using direct outreach strategies and competitor mapping.
• Translate shifting hiring needs into structured sourcing strategies quickly.
• Collaborate with the Talent Attraction recruiting team to hand off pipeline-ready candidates.
• Monitor competitor hiring trends and compensation benchmarks to inform strategy.
