• Background in sales, account management, client success, or high-volume client service.
• Able to manage a book of clients with accountability for responsiveness and follow-through.
• Strong communication skills and ability to handle sensitive conversations with clients.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage a portfolio of approximately 100 claims.
• Serve as the dedicated front office relationship lead, providing proactive updates and high-touch service throughout the lifecycle of each claim.
• Drive claim momentum by coordinating with insurance carriers, medical providers, and third parties to secure necessary documentation and move claims forward.
• Identify coverage opportunities, damages, and recovery potential through detailed claims review.
• Open and manage claims, ensuring all filings and deadlines are met.
• Track and manage liens, balances, and related financial components with strong attention to detail.
• Utilize Litify (Salesforce) to maintain accurate, up-to-date client records and performance metrics.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, providing updates and strategic insights.
• Maintain organized files to ensure claims are positioned for successful transition when necessary.
