Curvion Blue is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to build and manage sales talent pipelines. You will source, screen, and advance candidates through a fast-paced, high-volume hiring process, with a focus on identifying A-Players for high-ticket sales roles.

The ideal candidate has Talent Acquisition or recruiting experience, understands how to source and interview, and can move candidates quickly through the funnel. Bonus points for sales background and high-ticket experience.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Talent Acquisition, recruiting, or full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting salespeople, preferably revenue-generating roles.
• Ability to source candidates beyond inbound applications.
• Skilled in candidate screening and recommending decisions to hiring managers.
• Comfortable talking to salespeople and assessing sales potential.

Responsibilities

• Own recruiting across Curvion Blue's sales organization and build a bench of exceptional talent.
• Understand role profiles with leadership and translate them into market targets.
• Source, outreach, screen, interview coordination, and manage offers.
• Develop and maintain a warm network of high-performing sales professionals.
• Track metrics and continuously improve recruiting processes.
