Grant Cardone Enterprises is seeking a Sales & Marketing Manager to close high-ticket B2B deals and transform leads into success stories. This full-time, on-site role in Florida offers uncapped commissions and significant earning potential. You will drive inbound leads, deliver compelling presentations, and maintain CRM records.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in sales, excellent communication, and a 10x mindset. A strong work ethic and willingness to travel for events will be valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in a high-ticket environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals and quotas.
• Self-motivated, driven, and hungry for success with a "10x" mindset.
• Ability to work onsite in Scottsdale, AZ from Monday to Friday, with weekend availability as needed.
• Valid Drivers License and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening as part of the pre-employment process.

Responsabilités

• Manage and close inbound warm leads to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Engage with prospects through calls, meetings, and follow-ups to build rapport and demonstrate value.
• Conduct product presentations and provide detailed information on services and events.
• Negotiate and close high-ticket deals with both individuals and businesses.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions and sales progress within the CRM system.
• Participate in ongoing sales training and professional development to enhance skills and performance.
