Grant Cardone Enterprises in Aventura, FL is seeking a results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to close high-ticket B2B deals, drive growth, and lead a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment.

This full-time onsite role offers uncapped commissions, strong earning potential, and a comprehensive benefits package. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of sales experience and a 10x mindset, with a readiness to thrive in a high-performance culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience in a high-ticket environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to build relationships.
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals and quotas.
• Self-motivated, driven and results-oriented with a 10x mindset.
• Onsite work in Scottsdale, AZ, Monday to Friday; occasional weekends as needed.

Responsabilités

• Manage and close inbound warm leads to meet and exceed targets.
• Engage with prospects via calls, meetings and follow-ups to build rapport.
• Conduct product presentations and provide details on services and events.
• Negotiate and close high-ticket deals with individuals and businesses.
• Maintain records of interactions and progress in the CRM system.
• Participate in ongoing sales training and development to improve performance.
• Contribute to a high-energy, growth-focused team environment.
