You will work at the interface of biology, automation engineering, and computation, delivering scalable, reproducible data to support portfolio decisions. You will collaborate with computational biologists and software engineers to apply advanced ML and statistical methods, ensuring timely, high-quality results and robust

Qualifications

• PhD or MS/BS with 10+ years (or 12+ years with BS) in Biology, Bioengineering, Biotechnology, or related field.
• Proficiency in mammalian cell culture with sterile technique.
• Experience with live-cell or high-throughput biological assays.
• Strong data analysis and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, execute, and analyze robust live-cell imaging-based assays for high-throughput screening.
• Collaborate with computational biologists and software engineers to apply ML and statistics to large datasets.
• Summarize and deliver high-quality data to drive decisions across drug discovery portfolios.
• Maintain organized records per company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Transfer optimized processes into productionized workflows with documented SOPs.
• Collaborate across biologists, chemists, and engineers; contribute to training junior scientists.
