Eikon Therapeutics seeks a Senior Scientist to apply Cheminformatics and ML to accelerate drug discovery. You will work with computational chemists, medicinal chemists, software engineers, and ML experts to transform assay and SAR data into actionable decisions.

You will advance QSAR/AI models, optimize data pipelines with RDKit, and guide library design and HTS data analysis. Equity and bonus are included.

Formación

• Ph.D. with 5+ years in cheminformatics or related field required.
• Experience applying ML to drug discovery projects.
• Proficiency in Python and cheminformatics toolkits (RDKit).
• Strong publication/patent record in computational chemistry or drug discovery.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and apply cheminformatics data-mining algorithms for SAR analysis.
• Analyze chemical/biological datasets for drug-likeness and ADMET.
• Use molecular descriptors and similarity metrics for clustering and prediction.
• Support AI/ML model development for property prediction.
• Improve data pipelines for chemical structure processing (RDKit).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate computational methods.
• Maintain reproducibility and documentation of QSAR/ML models.
• Advise on modern cheminformatics methods for library design and HTS data.
