Job summary

Moderna in Cambridge, MA is seeking a Manufacturing Associate II to join Research Analytics – High Throughput Operations. This role supports reliable production of DNA, mRNA, and LNP materials for the research portfolio, executing established workflows and documenting work with precision.

You'll work with interdisciplinary teams, balance priorities, and help improve workflow efficiency while maintaining safe, inspection-ready laboratories and timely production.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a scientific field with relevant experience.
• Hands-on lab or manufacturing workflow execution in regulated settings.
• Experience operating laboratory instrumentation or integrated production systems.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and deliver accurate results.
• Strong documentation habits, data integrity, and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Execute day-to-day high-throughput manufacturing activities for DNA, mRNA and LNP materials.
• Prepare samples, reagents, consumables, and production materials using manual and automated systems.
• Maintain accurate production records and digital documentation with quality and safety focus.
• Monitor processes, troubleshoot routine issues, and support investigations with experts.
• Collaborate across teams to coordinate production priorities and ensure smooth handoffs.
