Job summary

You will work with automated systems and manual equipment, monitor workflows, troubleshoot routine issues, and contribute to process improvements while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Engineering or related discipline; equivalent combinations considered.
• Hands-on experience in lab/manufacturing workflows.
• Experience operating lab instrumentation or automated equipment.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong documentation and data integrity practices.
• Good written and verbal communication for cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Execute high-throughput manufacturing activities for DNA, mRNA, and LNP materials.
• Monitor processes and perform first-line troubleshooting; escalate with technical experts when needed.
• Document production records and ensure data integrity and quality standards.
• Collaborate with Research Analytics, Quality Control, Engineering, Automation, and Informatics teams.
• Assist with onboarding and training of peers and maintain an organized, inspection-ready lab.
