Qualifications

• Associate’s (4+ years) or Bachelor’s (2+ years) degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Engineering, or a related scientific discipline.
• Hands-on experience with lab/manufacturing workflows using established procedures in quality-focused or fast-paced environments.
• Experience operating laboratory instrumentation, automated equipment, or integrated production systems.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and consistently deliver accurate, high-quality, reproducible results.
• Strong attention to detail with experience maintaining accurate documentation and adherence to data integrity, safety.

Responsibilities

• Execute day-to-day high-throughput manufacturing activities supporting production of DNA, mRNA, and LNP materials.
• Prepare samples, reagents, consumables, and production materials while operating manual and automated equipment.
• Accurately complete production records and digital documentation while ensuring quality, safety, and data integrity.
• Monitor production processes, troubleshoot routine issues, and support investigations with technical experts.
• Collaborate with Research Analytics, Quality Control, Engineering, Automation, and Informatics to coordinate production and handoffs.
• Onboard and train peers, maintain an organized, inspection-ready lab, and promote a culture of collaboration and safety.
