Job summary

Arvato, a leading global 3PL, seeks a Warehouse Manager in Louisville, KY to lead a high-tech distribution center focused on data center equipment and customer requisition processes. You will supervise front-end staff and partner with operations to ensure safety, quality, reliability, and cost objectives are met.

You will drive improvements, manage production schedules, and coordinate with engineering and client services to respond to new job requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience leading cross-functional teams in a high-tech distribution center.
• Strong leadership with ability to engage staff at all levels.
• Proven analytical and proactive approach to process improvements.
• Experience handling customer requisitions and front-end staff guidance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review business actions; manage action logs from reviews.
• Serve as key liaison between operations and customers.
• Create or use metrics to verify operation is under control.
• Manage production, quality, technical, and communication issues.
• Adjust processes to meet production schedules, due dates, and shipping needs.
• Drive continuous improvement in all areas.
• Maintain production, quality, reliability, and safety standards.
• Lead staff development, performance reviews, and training.
• Oversee hiring, discipline, and performance counseling.
• Monitor time and attendance.
• Perform duties as directed by management.
